The dance competition Burbank CA has been waiting for!
Our Burbank dance competition comes to the Los Angeles Marriott Burbank Airport for one November weekend, and that same property is our host hotel. With the venue and accommodation together, studios can keep the weekend simple and spend more energy on the dancing. Dancers learn from our teaching team during the Classroom Series, then step into the Competition Experience to share their work. Burbank is one of our California stops on the wider tour of dance competitions. Space is limited and registration is first-come, first-served, so early sign-ups are a good idea.

What to expect at our Burbank dance convention
At a Revive weekend, convention and competition work hand in hand. Dancers start with the Classroom Series, a program of extended 70-minute sessions across multiple genres that rewards focus and curiosity. Some dancers come purely for the training, and the Classroom Series is open to them without any requirement to compete.
When it is time to perform, the Competition Experience offers dedicated stage time and constructive critiques from faculty judges. Age divisions include Sparks, Mini, Junior, Teen and Senior, along with an Adult Division, and every entry is adjudicated under the Amplified Rules and Regulations. Competitors need to be registered for the full Classroom Series at the same event. To see our other events across the state, explore our dance competition California details.
Mini through Senior dancers can also join the Audition Experience, which offers scholarship opportunities and selection for the Performance Crew. The weekend ends with our SHOWCASE, featuring the Performance Crew, SPARKS performers and selected Encore Showcase group entries. As you prepare, remember that waivers must be signed before registration can be completed.
