Our Greenville dance competition is hosted at the Hyatt Regency Greenville in January, and the Hyatt Regency is also our host hotel for the weekend. Keeping everything in one building lets dancers move easily from class to stage and gives families a comfortable base. Dancers train with our teaching team throughout the Classroom Series and then share their routines in the Competition Experience. Greenville is our South Carolina stop on the tour of dance competitions. Space is limited and registrations are taken first-come, first-served, so we suggest reserving early.

What to expect at our Greenville dance convention
Every Revive event is part convention and part competition. Throughout the Classroom Series, dancers take extended 70-minute classes in multiple genres, giving them time to work through combinations properly and leave with material they can keep developing at home. The Classroom Series is open to dancers who prefer not to compete.
In the Competition Experience, dancers receive dedicated stage time and constructive critiques from faculty judges, adjudicated according to the Amplified Rules and Regulations. Participants must also be registered for the full Classroom Series at the same event, and divisions cover Sparks, Mini, Junior, Teen, Senior and Adult. Dancers ages 5–7 can enjoy the SPARKS Experience, which includes a performance in the SHOWCASE. Mini through Senior dancers can take part in the Audition Experience, with scholarship opportunities and selection for the Performance Crew. Practical details matter too: waivers must be signed before registration can be completed, and schedules and performance orders are released fewer than 10 days before the event.
