For one April weekend, our Houston dance competition takes over the Marriott Westchase, which is also where families can book their stay as our host hotel. Keeping everything together leaves more time for what matters most. Dancers will learn from our faculty members, perform on a dedicated stage and gather for the closing SHOWCASE. What to expect at our Houston dance convention
There is a place for every age at Revive. Our youngest dancers, ages 5–7, join the SPARKS Experience, a program built just for them that ends with a performance in the SHOWCASE. From there, dancers grow through the Mini, Junior, Teen and Senior divisions, and grown-up dancers have an Adult Division of their own.
Whatever the age, the Classroom Series anchors the weekend with extended 70-minute class sessions across multiple genres. Dancers may take part without competing. Those who do enter the Competition Experience also register for the full Classroom Series, then receive dedicated stage time and constructive critiques from faculty judges under the Amplified Rules and Regulations. Mini through Senior dancers can step into the Audition Experience, with scholarship opportunities and Performance Crew selection, and selected group entries may reappear through the Encore Showcase. Older dancers and parents can add Classroom Series + sessions such as Propel: Future in Motion for those 16+, while dancers 15+ may be interested in ACE (Amplified Continued Education).
