What to expect at our New Brunswick dance convention
Training sits at the heart of every Revive weekend. Our Classroom Series is built on extended 70-minute sessions across multiple genres, so dancers can settle into each class instead of rushing from one combination to the next. A dancer who would rather focus purely on learning can attend without competing at all.
Families looking further ahead can explore Classroom Series +, our optional extra classes, seminars and forums. It includes Propel: Future in Motion, where dancers 16+, parents and educators come together to explore life after high school, and ACE (Amplified Continued Education), our trainee pathway for dancers 15+.
When it is time to perform, the Competition Experience provides dedicated stage time and constructive critiques from faculty judges, following the Amplified Rules and Regulations. Competing dancers sign up for the full Classroom Series at the same event as part of their entry. A handful of group routines may return in the SHOWCASE through our Encore Showcase, sharing the finale with the Performance Crew chosen through the Audition Experience. Studios coordinating several regional stops can find more on our dance competition New Jersey page.
