The dance competition San Diego CA has been waiting for!
We are bringing our San Diego dance competition to the Sheraton San Diego Hotel & Marina in December, and the Sheraton is our host hotel as well. That means dancers and families can stay where the action happens and keep travel within the weekend to a minimum. Our Revive faculty lead the Classroom Series, and dancers can then perform in the Competition Experience. This is our December stop on the tour of dance competitions. Space is limited, and spots are filled on a first-come, first-served basis, so please plan ahead.

What to expect at our San Diego dance convention
Revive weekends are designed so that learning and performing support each other. Through the Classroom Series, dancers take extended 70-minute sessions across multiple genres with our faculty, which gives them space to try new movement, ask questions and build skills. The Classroom Series can also be attended without competing.
Dancers who choose the Competition Experience must also register for the full Classroom Series at the same event. They receive dedicated stage time and constructive critiques from faculty judges, and every routine is adjudicated in line with the Amplified Rules and Regulations. Divisions span Sparks, Mini, Junior, Teen and Senior, plus an Adult Division. Learn more about our dance competition California events as you map out the season.
Convention schedules and Competition Experience performance orders are released fewer than 10 days before each event, so final timings arrive close to the weekend. Mini through Senior dancers may audition for scholarships and the Performance Crew, who perform in the closing SHOWCASE alongside selected Encore Showcase group entries. Remember to sign waivers early, since they are required before registration can be completed.
